DELIVERY RATES & DELIVERY POLICY

All shipping and delivery charges are based on distribution from our Production Centre located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

The multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. When multiple orders are placed each order will be processed separately.

PACKAGING

Beauty Worx takes care to pack all items securely. Should an item arrive damaged due to the failure of packaging or the mishandling by our logistics partner, you should write to us requesting a replacement and submit pictures of the damage. We will replace the item once the original item has been returned to the appropriate Production Centre.

SHIPPING

Customers purchasing any items are requested to allow between 5-7 working days (excluding weekends) for delivery. For shipments outside UAE additional 3-5 working days are required for standard international courier delivery. If more than one item is purchased within the same order all items will be shipped combined as one order, if multiple orders are placed each order will be processed separately.

RECORDED DELIVERY

All orders must be signed for on arrival. On arrival the item should be checked to ensure it is delivered in good condition. If the item is not in perfect condition, please do not accept receipt of the item and it will be sent back to our Production Centre. If an item is subsequently found to be damaged after the customer has signed for it, we may assume that the damage has been caused post-delivery and we will not accept returns on damaged items.

TRACKING AND ORDER

Parcel tracking numbers will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us with your order number at orders@beautyworx.ae and we will send you you’re tracking number

DELIVERY DAY

Normally, our logistics partners will arrange a suitable time for drop off in advance. If, for some reason, the parcel cannot be signed for, our logistics partner will leave a card to contact the local distribution center. The onus is on the customer to contact the logistics company to arrange delivery. The logistics company will keep the item for 14 days whereupon they will return the item to our Production Framing Centre.

THE RETURN COSTS AND COST FOR RE-DELIVERY WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.
